What $60 covers

One price. No line items.

Most of what makes owning appliances expensive isn't the appliance — it's everything that happens after. That part is ours.

DELIVERY

Brought to you and hooked up

We haul it in, connect it, level it, and run a test cycle before we leave. You don't rent a truck or call a friend with a dolly.

REPAIRS

Breakdowns are our problem

Something stops working, you text us. Repair or swap, no charge, no argument about whether it's covered.

MOVING

We take it back when you're done

Lease ending, moving out of state, finally bought your own set — we pick it up. Nothing to sell on Marketplace.

FLEXIBILITY

Month-to-month after six

Six-month minimum to start, then it rolls month to month. No penalty for ending it after that.

Start to finish

Four steps, usually inside a week.

1

Tell us where

Fill out the form or call. We confirm we deliver to your address and check what hookups you have.

2

Sign the agreement

A short rental agreement comes to your phone or email. Sign it there — no printing, no meeting up.

3

We deliver and install

We pick a window that works, bring the set, connect it, and make sure it runs before we go.

4

Do your laundry

Pay the same amount every month. Call us if anything goes wrong. That's the entire ongoing relationship.

Pricing

$60 a month. Washer and dryer, both.

We publish the number because comparison is the whole argument. Rent-to-own stores quote you a weekly payment and a 24-month path to owning a machine that costs more than buying it outright.

Winter residents

Here from October to April. Rent for the season instead of leaving appliances sitting empty all summer.

Landlords & property managers

Outfit units without capital outlay, and stop taking 9 p.m. calls about a broken dryer. See multi-unit rates →

Questions

The things people ask before they call.

Is there a credit check?

No. We don't run credit and we don't ask for a deposit.

What if the washer breaks?

Text or call us. We repair it or swap the unit, and you're not charged for either. Normal wear and mechanical failure are ours to deal with — that's most of the point of renting.

Can I get just a washer, or just a dryer?

Yes. Call us and we'll quote it — the $60 rate is for the pair.

What if I move mid-lease?

Moving within our service area, we relocate the set for you. Moving out of the area, we pick it up. Reach out as soon as you know your dates so we can schedule it.

How do I know if my place has the right hookups?

Look for two water valves and a drain standpipe, usually in a closet, garage, or laundry nook. For the dryer you'll have either a large 220V outlet or a gas line. Send us a photo and we'll tell you what you're looking at.

Do you rent to landlords for multiple units?

Yes, and it's a good fit. You skip the upfront cost of buying sets for every unit and you stop fielding appliance repair calls. Call us for multi-unit pricing.

How is this different from rent-to-own?

Rent-to-own is financing — you make payments for a year or two and eventually own a machine, usually for well above retail. This is a rental. You pay for use of the appliance while you need it and we take it back when you don't. If your goal is to own a washer, buying one is cheaper. If your goal is clean laundry without owning anything, renting is.

How fast can you deliver?

Usually within a week of signing, often sooner. If you're on a deadline — move-in day, lease start — say so and we'll work around it.
