Four ways to get laundry done in southern Utah, priced over two years. This is the calculation worth doing before you commit to any of them — including ours.
| Option | Upfront | Per month | 2-year total | What happens if it breaks |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Buying new Mid-range set, delivered |
$1,200–1,800 | $0 | $1,200–1,800 | Yours. Out of warranty, a repair runs $150–$400. |
| Rent-to-own 24-month path to ownership |
~$1 | $120–200 | $2,900–4,800 | Covered while you're paying. |
| Laundromat 6 loads/week at $6.50 |
$0 | ~$169 | ~$4,056 | Not your problem — but also not your machine. |
| Renting from us Month to month after six |
$0 | $60 | $1,440 | We repair or replace it. No charge. |
The honest read: if you'll be in the same place for five or more years and can absorb the upfront cost, buying is cheapest over the long run and we'd tell you to buy. Renting wins when you won't be there that long, when you don't have $1,500 sitting free, or when you don't want to own a thing you'll have to sell and move. Rent-to-own is the option we'd steer almost anyone away from — you can pay double retail and still be making payments.

Yes, for a washer and dryer set. No deposit, no delivery fee, no install fee, no charge for repairs. The only additional charge that exists is the $10 late fee if a payment is more than four days past due.
It converts to month to month automatically at the same $60. You can end it any time after the minimum term with no penalty — just give us enough notice to schedule a pickup.
Talk to us. The agreement sets a six-month minimum, but circumstances change — job transfers, lease breaks, a landlord who suddenly installs machines. Call before you assume you're stuck.
No. This is a rental, not rent-to-own, and that's deliberate. If owning a washer is your goal, buying one outright is cheaper than any rent-to-own plan you'll be offered. We're the better answer when you want working laundry without owning an appliance.
No. $60 is $60 anywhere in our service area. Delivery scheduling to the outer edges can take a few extra days, but the price doesn't change.
Same day each month, matched to your delivery date. We'll set up the method that works for you when we deliver.
They're clean, tested, and in good working order — and if one gives you trouble, we swap it. We'd rather set that expectation honestly than claim everything comes out of a box.
Tell us where you are and we'll confirm the date. Most people hear back the same day.
