Why we serve Mesquite

Mesquite doesn't have an appliance rental company.

It has laundromats, and it has the Las Vegas rent-to-own chains an hour and a half down I-15. What it hasn't had is somebody local who will bring you a washer and dryer, hook them up, and come back when something breaks.

DISTANCE

We're 35 minutes up the interstate

St. George to Mesquite is a straight shot down I-15. Closer than Las Vegas by a wide margin, and we're the ones who show up when there's a problem.

SEASONAL

Built for people who aren't staying forever

Winter residents, contract workers, people renting while a house gets built. Six-month minimum, then month to month, and we take the machines back when you go.

RENTALS

Hookups but no machines

Plenty of Mesquite rentals have the connections and no appliances. That's the exact gap we fill, without you buying a set you'll have to resell.

SAME RATE

No cross-state markup

$60 a month, same as St. George. The only difference is that delivery scheduling can take a few extra days since we batch Mesquite runs.

The alternatives

What renting in Mesquite otherwise looks like.

OptionMonthlyCatch
Mesquite laundromat $50–170 Depends entirely on volume. Fine for one or two loads a week, expensive fast for a family.
Buying a set $1,200–1,800 up front Cheapest long-term if you're staying years. Delivery from Las Vegas or St. George, and repairs are on you.
Rent-to-own in Las Vegas $120–200 90 minutes away. Two years of payments, often well above what the machines are worth.
Renting from us $60 You never own the machines. If ownership is the goal, buy instead — we'll tell you that.
Doing laundry twice a week and living near a laundromat you like? Stick with the laundromat. Renting starts making sense around four loads a week, and it's clearly better past six.

Mesquite questions

What people here ask.

Do you really deliver to Mesquite?

Yes. It's about 35 minutes from St. George on I-15 and we make the run regularly. Call and we'll give you a delivery window.

Is it more expensive because I'm out of state?

No. $60 a month, the same as every city we serve. No delivery fee, no fuel surcharge, no different repair policy.

How long does delivery take out here?

Usually within a week, occasionally a few days longer than a St. George delivery because we group Mesquite runs together. If you're up against a move-in date, say so and we'll plan around it.

What if a machine breaks?

You call, we drive down and fix or swap it. No charge. The whole point of renting is that this stops being your problem, and crossing a state line doesn't change that.

Can I rent just for the winter?

The minimum is six months, which covers a typical October-through-April stay. After that it's month to month, so you're not locked in when you head back.

Do you work with Mesquite landlords?

Yes, and there's a volume rate at three or more units. Details on the landlord page, or call and we'll walk the properties.
